Terms of Service

Acceptance

By installing and using Shopigent AI GEO, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, uninstall the app immediately.

Service Description

Shopigent AI GEO provides Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) services for Shopify stores, including:

  • Automatic JSON-LD schema generation
  • AI discovery monitoring and crawling
  • MCP (Model Context Protocol) storefront
  • AI description optimization
  • Analytics and reporting

Billing

  • Free plan: $0/month — schemas for 25 products, 500 MCP calls/month, and heuristic description scoring
  • Growth plan: $19.99/month — schemas for 500 products, 10,000 MCP calls/month, 4 scheduled and 4 manual citation runs/month, and advisory LLM rewrites
  • Pro plan: $49.99/month — unlimited product schemas, 50,000 MCP calls/month, 10 manual Real AI Measurement runs/month, 4 scheduled citation runs/month, selectable AI engines, advisory LLM rewrites, and Competitive Comparison
  • Billing is handled by Shopify through managed pricing; your subscription confirmation screen shows the authoritative amount and interval
  • You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time
  • No refunds for partial months

Third-Party AI Services

Features such as AI description rewrites and Real AI Measurement send selected product/store content or generated search queries to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, and optionally Perplexity) as described in our Privacy Policy. Measurement results depend on external AI systems we do not control and may vary between runs.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate store information
  • Not use the app for illegal purposes
  • Not abuse the MCP API (rate limits and monthly quotas apply)
  • Maintain valid Shopify API credentials

Data Handling

See our Privacy Policy for details on data collection, third-party processors, retention, and deletion. On uninstall, all shop-linked data is deleted transactionally.

Limitation of Liability

Shopigent AI GEO is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not responsible for:

  • Changes in AI search engine behavior
  • Temporary service unavailability
  • Data loss due to uninstall
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Pricing Adjustments

If third-party AI API costs change materially, we may adjust plan prices or included quotas with at least 30 days' notice via the app dashboard or email.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via the app dashboard.
